| 1. Chris Paul - He made the Hornets a contender. Who would have said that would be the case? He is the most valuable player to that team. Leads in two NBA categories. It's pretty sick.
2. Lebron James- Again, he is the most valuable player to his team. Imagine if the Cavs did not have him. In my opinion, the most complete stats in the league. 30-7-7.
3. Kevin Garnett- he's responsible for the Celts' 180 degree turnaround. Nba's best record.
4. Kobe Bryant- he's a great all around player, but he's got the talent around him. Pau, Lamar, walton, bynum, farmar, and the list goes on.
5. Tim Duncan- The Spurs are really fooling with the league. I love how they play "barely get by" during the regular season and romp everyone in the playoffs. I think they will repeat for the first time in the TD era.

| My fave five. I watch basketball games and I got to thinking. Who are my fave 5 for Basketball players.
1. Michael Jordan b/c he is simply the best! What could have been also irks me about him. How many could he have won?!?!
2. Patrick Ewing b/c I grew up in NJ and I saw him play on tv all the time. I loved his jump shot!
3. Tim Duncan b/c he wins with such humility and he wins so much
4. Scottie Pippen b/c Jordan wouldn't have been Jordan without him, and he doesn't get the credit, but I give him credit!!!
5. Christian Laettner b/c his career reminds me to never assume. And his amazing catch and shoot!
*** I love that nba on nbc theme song.
Jin has a rap song with the song as the hook. So funny. My friends and I listen to it and laugh our butts off.

I have always wanted to read "Roaring Lambs" by some Christian author...I want to be a roaring lamb. I will get back to you on this book.
*** Opportunity cost: (remember Econ 200/201). Whatever you do, costs you the opportunity to do something else. I have always known this concept, but it has become an "aha" concept for me this year. I feel that it has to do with my age and I am realizing I am not getting any younger, but older. I am 25 years old and I am realizing that I need to choose. I love so many things and I want to do even more things that I just like. But, I need to make a choice. There will be an opportunity cost and I must trust God's Subtle Voice to guide me.
By the way, I always loved Economics. I loved the idea of it. I didn't like the graphs, I didn't like all the vocab, but thinking about the rules of Economics and applying them to my life was pretty cool. I remember hearing those rules for the first time in McPherson Hall @ OSU. I dropped the class the first time, but I picked it back up again. People respond to Incentives, Rational People think on the margin, Opportunity Cost, and some others that I can't remember right now.
